Foremen record attendance by tapping the 4-digit card number of each worker — marking Present, Absent, or Half Day. Time Keepers can also manage attendance by bus arrival, tracking workers from multiple foremen arriving on the same transport.

How do I submit overtime requests?
Foremen submit structured OT requests specifying the work performed, project zone, location (block, level, area), and hours. The request flows through a digital approval chain: Foreman ? General Foreman ? Time Keeper, replacing paper-based OT sheets entirely.

What is the Daily Activity Plan workflow?
Foremen create daily activity plans linked to the WBS, assigning workers to specific activities at villa or zone locations. General Foremen review, edit, and submit the consolidated plan for their discipline. The approved plan automatically feeds the Daily Progress Report (DPR) for client submission.
